I have been going to Dr. Sheena for about 7 years now, I followed her from her previous place of employment because she is so awesome. She also works on my kids when they get sports injuries and fixes them up. She is always on time for her appointments as she values her patients time. I never feel like she is rushing through the treatment and she takes the time to listen and uses so many different techniques to treat my numerous injuries (due to getting older and not slowing down in sports). Recently I had a meniscal tear, it was locking and throbbing and I was in a great deal of pain. Sheena used needling, Graston and ART on it. She had gotten back my mobility but I was still in a great deal of pain and could not do sports yet. I then went to the office’s naturopath Dr. Romero for prolotherapy. It was almost instant relief. I started running and playing my sports within a week of treatment and I still have no pain!! I would also like to give honorable mention to Fayaz her clinic manager, he is awesome, organized and always greets you with a smile.

The team at Centennial Wellness are proficient, professional and absolute life savers. I first came to Dr. Sheena Walli in November 2016 after having sudden onset paresthesia from my waist down. The neurology team at Foothills presented me with the possibilities of MS, disk herniation or demyelination disease. After MRIs, ultrasounds and the ‘must be stress’ answer from the neurologists, I came to Centennial Wellness. During my first consult, Dr. Walli was able to identify issues involving nerve compression by various muscle groups likely caused by hip misalignment. After just two weeks working with Dr. Walli, the feeling in my lower extremities started to return and I had a sense of hope. I now see Ashley for massage therapy and will start Prolotherapy with Dr. Nadia Romero. I feel very fortunate to have this amazing team to work with and the location is an added bonus!

Dr. Walli is a miracle worker. I had been suffering from debilitating tension headaches, and after only a few times seeing her, they were all but gone. Best of all, Sheena’s philosophy is that if she’s doing her job right, she should work herself out of a client, because you’re getting better! She and her staff are polite, professional and courteous. Such a wonderful experience every time!

I started seeing Dr. Walli too many years ago to remember, she treated me for various injuries from back pain to achilles tendonitis and even custom fit orthotics for myself and my daughter. All with great success. After all the good work she did with me, I began taking my daughters to her as well. She has treated their various dance related issues with great kindness and amazing results. She treated my one daughter after a traumatic neck injury and got her back to normal so quickly it was astounding. I find Dr. Walli’s caring nature coupled with her extensive and ever growing knowledge and skills to be invaluable to my active family. As a personal trainer I know how important your physical health is, Dr. Walli not only alleviates the immediate pain but she treats the root cause to avoid future injury or pain. Thank you Dr. Walli.

Dr. Walli has treated my knee pain and is working to strengthen my hip and lower back. She does pre and post treatment assessments and I can actually feel and see the difference. More importantly, she is very attentive and gentle – as I have a low tolerance to pain and discomfort. Always walk out of her office feeling great! Convenient downtown location is a definite plus.

I found Dr. Walli a very efficient Chiropractor who tries to stay updated in her expertise in order to find the best suitable way for resolving the patient’s physical problems.

I have been receiving treatments from Dr. Walli because of recurring running injuries, including shin splints, hip flexor, and knee pain. These injuries could have caused me to quit running, but the treatments and home exercises I receive from Dr. Walli have allowed me to stay running. I no longer have shin splints from running and I recently ran my 4th half marathon with no knee pain!
Thank you Dr. Walli for helping me continue to enjoy the activities I love.

I started seeing Dr. Walli for treatment on my shoulder April 2015. Over time I was losing my full range of motion. I thought the pinch I was feeling would go away on its own. As it started getting worse, I tried home remedies and was using hot and cold compresses, I think I was aggravating it more.
On my initial consult, a full exam was completed. Dr. Walli listened to all my concerns and re-assured me that everything she was doing would help. I once had a fear in Chiropractors due to a bad past experience but was comforted by Dr. Walli’s knowledge, care and compassion. She took the time to explain what needed to be done thoroughly and answered my questions. I felt confident I was in the right place. The treatment I have received has helped decrease the pain and discomfort I once felt and I am now able to do lateral rises and push-ups with minimal impingement.
Thank you Dr. Walli for all you have done to get me to this point.
